Named one of Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants, join us for an exceptional evening celebrating passion for excellent culinary experiences. Brought to you by Chef Juan Lopez Luna and Sommelier Lindsay Brennan, Alma is inspired by the cuisines of Barcelona, coastal Spain and Mexico.

The exquisite and specially curated menu features aguachile negro with fresh scallops, croquetas with carnitas and white anchovies, tortillas made with heritage corn, foie gras torchon and grilled octopus with patatas bravas. Chef’s Juan’s ability to weave Mexican flavours into each dish at Alma make it not only one of our favourite culinary experiences, but also one of the most unique. From artisanal corn procured from his home state of Tlaxcala and from Oaxaca, to hand-made tortillas, every single aspect of Alma’s menu is an exceptional expression of culture and talent. To complement the menu, Sommelier Lindsay has procured premium international wines from limited-production boutique wineries from Catalunya.
